Once you've placed an order and your item is in stock, we'll dispatch it on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays.
Delivery times depend on the country you're ordering from. The delivery times below start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it. For example, if you order on a Friday, we'll dispatch your order on Monday and the delivery time starts from then.

We will do our best to handle your orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days, however during peak trading periods delivery may take up to 7-10 business days, and slightly longer for international orders.
While we use all reasonable efforts to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to courier delays, high parcel volumes, weather events, or customs processing. Where possible, we will keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Everyday OT is based in Ireland. Please note the following regarding customs and import charges:
- UK: Orders may be subject to import VAT and Royal Mail handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
- EU (excluding Ireland): No customs duties apply, but local VAT may be charged depending on your country’s import rules.
- Outside the EU (e.g. USA, Australia): Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
If your parcel appears delayed or hasn't arrived, we recommend the following steps before contacting us:
- Use the tracking number to check the status directly on the courier’s website, or contact them directly.
- Check with neighbours or your local delivery office to ensure it hasn't been left with someone or held for collection.
- Look for any notification slips left by the courier.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the courier, please contact us for further assistance, and we will be happy to help.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not fully satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, you can request to return them within 28 days of the delivery date.
How to start a return
- Contact us first at support@everydayotireland.com for return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Include your order number and reason for return so our team can guide you through the next steps.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Hygiene and safety exceptions
Peanut Balls, Therapy Balls and Spinning Chairs may be returned only if unused, uninflated, unassembled and in original packaging. Once assembled, inflated or used, they cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- ARK chewy products
- Dr. Barman’s toothbrushes
- OranNurse toothpaste
Please ensure you are happy with your selection before opening the packaging.
Return shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
- All goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
- We cannot refund any items that are lost or damaged in transit, or that do not arrive back safely. Please ensure all returns are packaged appropriately.
- If the item is faulty or we sent an incorrect item, Everyday OT will cover the cost of return postage and provide a replacement or refund.
- If an item is returned for inspection and no fault is found, the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected, and are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- If any customs charges or duties apply to a returned item, these will not be covered by Everyday OT. Any unpaid fees billed back to us may be deducted from your refund. We’ll always contact you before proceeding if this occurs.
Undeliverable or refused parcels
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will refund the item(s) once received, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
- If you’d like the order re-shipped, a new delivery fee will apply.
International returns and customs
If returning an item from outside Ireland, any customs duties, import fees, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any fees billed back to Everyday OT for unpaid customs may be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your return is confirmed as received.
Faulty items
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. See Section 20 of our Terms & Conditions for full details.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND WEBINAR RECORDINGS
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads or webinar recordings once access has been granted, except where required by Irish law — for example, where the product is faulty or not as described.
Before purchasing, we encourage all customers to review the product description, preview images and any samples provided, to be sure the file meets their needs. If you encounter technical issues with your file, please contact us at hello@everydayotireland.com and we will do our best to help.
LEARN TO CYCLE WORKSHOP AND THE OT CLUB
Refunds will only be provided if the Workshop or an OT Club session is cancelled by us, and will not be given for any other reason, including personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts. Where we cancel a session, we will provide a full refund to all registered participants.
WEBINARS
Refunds will only be provided if a webinar is cancelled by us, and will not be given for any other reason, including personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts. Where we cancel a webinar, we will provide a full refund to all registered participants.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards have a minimum expiry period of five years from the date of purchase. Any items purchased using a gift card may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy, and the refund will be issued as store credit or a replacement gift card. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be retained on the gift card for future use.
