Physical productsWe want you to be happy with your order so if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you ordered, you can return the item(s) to us within 28 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in it's original packaging, all tags and labels attached, unused, clean, undamaged and in resalable condition.
All returned goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit. Return postage must be paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Everyday OT. When the item(s) are received they will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions as listed above we will then offer a refund/exchange for the item(s). Your original delivery costs are not included in your refund. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item (not including original delivery costs, unless the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent) and will be credited within 14 days of being received. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

We are committed to providing high-quality digital files to our customers. However, due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Before making a purchase, we encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, preview images, and any provided samples to ensure that the digital file meets their needs and expectations. By purchasing a digital file from Everyday OT you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
