The OT Club is a weekly, small-group programme for neurodivergent children developed by the Occupational Therapy team at Everyday OT.
Through movement, sensory-rich activities, and non-competitive games we help children build skills in a way that feels safe, fun, and engaging. Every session is planned by our OTs and OTAs but led by the children’s needs and energy levels. Please read below for what the sessions entail and all the information about class location, times, pricing and booking.

SKILLS WE WORK ON

GROSS MOTOR SKILLS
Balance, coordination, and strength are built through climbing, jumping, obstacle courses, and active movement games. All at each child’s own pace and comfort level.
SENSORY REGULATION
Supporting each child’s sensory needs in ways that help them feel calm, regulated, and ready to participate
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Group play, partner games, and shared achievements create opportunities to connect and form friendships, while respecting each child’s social preferences.
EMOTIONAL REGULATION
Games and guided activities support children to notice their feelings, practise calming strategies, and express emotions safely, with no pressure to hide or mask.
CONFIDENCE & SELF ADVOCACY
Build self-belief by celebrating successes, while supporting children ask for what they need in ways that feel comfortable.
TEAM BUILDING & COOPERATION
Games and problem-solving tasks encourage working together, listening, and sharing ideas, with each child contributing in the way that feels right for them.
