What other families have said

★★★★★

"The time taken to really ensure we understood the system surrounding the AON process and the physiological basis for implementing suggestions made in relation to toileting. We felt listened to and heard when we have previously just felt like we were banging our heads against a brick wall due to constant bouncing between waiting lists for services we never receive. It is helpful to get practical suggestions for how we can navigate everything day to day."

★★★★★

"A huge thank you to Kevin, he packed in so much info to the hour long session. I was so grateful for all his recommendations and knowledge!"

— Rebecca
★★★★★

"We'd seen several occupational therapists before, but Kevin is the first who truly understood our daughter, not just her needs, but what drives them. His knowledge, warmth and encouragement left us feeling that things really can get easier. An exceptional professional, and we'd count ourselves lucky for our daughter to work with him again"

Your questions, answered

Who is it for, and can my child attend?+

Consultations are for parents and guardians, children don't attend. They suit any parent who wants practical, neuroaffirming guidance about their child. The service is designed for parents/guardians of children aged 12 months to 18 years.

What can we discuss in the session?+

Anything from sensory processing and regulation to motor skills, self-care, school and understanding a diagnosis.

Which appointment type should I choose?+

There are three appointment types:

Type 1: Appointment with no written recommendations which is €120

Type 2: Appointment with written recommendations which is €200.

Should you need a follow up appointment these are booked through hello@everydayotireland.com and are €100 for a 30/40 minute appointment.

Can I claim it on insurance or tax?+

OT qualifies for 20% tax relief via Revenue, and may be covered by your health insurance — check with your provider.

What happens after I book?+

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email which includes a link to your Pre-Consultation Clinic form. This must be completed and returned by 6pm two days before your consultation. You will receive one email reminder and a text reminder also.

Rescheduling, cancellations & follow-ups+

See our cancellation policy for details. After your first session you can book a 1:1 follow-up or join small-group coaching.

Can a school book this? Can I book for my child's teacher?+

Absolutely, a school can book a consultation. However, if discussing a specific child, we must first speak with the child’s parents to confirm they have provided consent.

Schools can use this consultation service to seek guidance on supporting students in areas such as sensory needs, motor skills, handwriting, attention and concentration, self-regulation, and classroom accommodations. The session can be used to provide teachers and support staff with strategies to implement in the school setting.

Still not sure it's the right fit?

Email hello@everydayotireland.com and we'll honestly tell you if a different service would suit your family better. No pressure, ever.
