Once you have placed an order, and your item is listed as in-stock, we will dispatch within 3 working days. We minimise the amount of paper we send with your order to reduce waste but should you need a copy of your order confirmation, please get in touch with us via email. Orders received after 2pm on Fridays to Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
Everyday OT is based in Ireland. Please note the following regarding customs and import charges:

UK: Orders may be subject to import VAT and Royal Mail handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

EU (excluding Ireland): No customs duties apply, but local VAT may be charged depending on your country’s import rules.

Outside the EU (e.g. USA, Australia): Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

If your parcel appears delayed or hasn't arrived, we recommend the following steps before contacting us:
- Use the tracking number to check the status directly on the courier’s website or contact them directly.
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery office to ensure it hasn't been left with someone or held for collection.
- Look for any notification slips left by the courier.
- If you are unable to resolve the issue with the courier, please contact us for further assistance, and we will be happy to help.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We want you to be happy with your order so if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you ordered, you can return the item(s) to us within 28 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in it's original packaging, all tags and labels attached, unused, clean, undamaged and in resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all ARK chewy items, Dr Barman's toothbrushes and OranNurse Toothpaste cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before opening the packaging.
All returned goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit. Return postage must be paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Everyday OT. When the item(s) are received they will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions as listed above we will then offer a refund for the item(s). Your original delivery costs are not included in your refund. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item (not including original delivery costs, unless the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent) and will be credited within 14 days of being received. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.
If an item is returned due to a potential fault and no defect is found, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if a fault is confirmed, Everyday OT will provide a replacement and cover all associated shipping expenses. We will inform you of the outcome and take appropriate action.
Please note that any customs charges or duties incurred for returned items will not be covered by Everyday OT and will be deducted from your refund if unpaid. We will contact you to let you know the total of the custom charges before accepting them. You must approve this before we move forward with your return.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS / WEBINAR RECORDINGS
We are committed to providing high-quality digital files to our customers. However, due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Before making a purchase, we encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, preview images, and any provided samples to ensure that the digital file meets their needs and expectations. By purchasing a digital file from Everyday OT you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

LEARN TO CYCLE WORKSHOP AND THE OT CLUB
Please note that refunds will only be provided if the Workshop or a session of the OT Club is cancelled and will not be given for any other reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts. In the event that a Workshop/OT Club session is cancelled, we will provide a full refund to all registered participants.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards have a minimum expiry period of five years from the date of purchase. Any items purchased using a gift card may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy, and the refund will be issued in the form of store credit or a replacement gift card. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be retained on the gift card for future use.
