Becoming a
Sensory Detective
with Kevin & Áine from Everyday OT ✨Develop a deeper understanding of meeting sensory needs in the classroom with practical, neuroaffirmative strategies, and create an inclusive environment where every student thrives
This course is made for you if...
You're seeing more and more neurodivergent children in your classroom and want to feel genuinely equipped to support them, not just get by.
You're managing behaviour that feels confusing or overwhelming, and you want to understand what's really going on beneath the surface.
You want your EPV course to genuinely shift how you understand and support the children in your classroom, not just earn the days and be forgotten by September
You're doing your best with limited support and want practical strategies that actually work in a real, busy Irish classroom.
What teachers said last year...
I really appreciated how this course made me slow down and reflect on my classroom from a sensory perspective—it’s something that often gets overlooked in the rush of planning. . Overall, it’s been a really valuable and eye-opening experience!
This is one of the best EPV courses I have done. I found it to be extremely i acnformative and makes me excited to implement new strategies and routines into my classroom in Septemeber to make it a more regulated space for all.
Thank you so much! I loved every second! I have 2 more EPV courses to complete now and i don't feel that they are going to be as engaging! This course was the best i have ever done in my 14 years of doing EPV course. I was completely engaged and thinking of different students and ways to support them going forwards at all times. Thanks for creating such a wonderful neuro affirming Course! :)
Thank you so much for all the hard work that you clearly put into this course. This course has really made me critically analyse my approach to sensory processing. It is genuinely one of the top three courses I've ever done.
It was so lovely to finally have a summer course that special school teachers could benefit and learn from. The knowledge you provided will help me guide the children in my class
I have come away with so many strategies and ideas that I feel are so realistic and easy to implement from the get go in September. I'm really excited to consistently look through the sensory lens and find out how I can best support varying sensory needs.
