Why We Love Sensory Spiral Tubes 

Sensory spiral tubes are the perfect relaxing, calming sensory support. These tools are ideal for children with sensory processing needs or who love a visual stim! 

This set contains three tubes containing colourful mineral oil and water that capture children’s attention. The droplets slide and drop down a spiral until they finally pool in the base, where you can flip it upside down and do it all over again. 

Effective Ways to Use Sensory Spiral Tubes

Regulation: The sensory spiral tubes are great for self-soothing and relaxing after a busy day at school by providing calm motion for quiet time. 

Grounding: The interactive elements of the spiral tubes provide a focal point for children to help ground their emotions and ease anxiety.

Focus: The movement of water can help children concentrate and make it easier for them to stay on task, like doing homework or daily tasks. 

Time: Sensory spiral tubes are a multi-purpose resource, as they can also be used as liquid timers, taking approximately 6 minutes to run through. This can help children understand time limits and signal when it is time to switch activities.
